Credit Card Payments
Araks Executive welcomes all major credit/debit cards and Pound Sterling (GBP). For payments made by debit or credit card, we reserve the right to add a service fee to a maximum of 5% of the total invoice.
Cancellations and Changes to Your Booking
Araks Executive reserves the right to add an administration and operational fee for changes and cancellations to your booking. Please see below for rates.
Within 2 hours of commencement of booked time – 50% of the agreed booking fee.
Between 2 and 5 hours of commencement of booked time – 25% of the agreed booking fee.
Over 5 hours notice – no additional fee will be incurred.
Airport Pick Up Charges
Please apply an additional £5.00 fee for our meet and greet service (includes a standard 30 minute waiting period). For additional waiting periods of over 30 minutes, you will be charged at £25 per hour added in 15 minute increments.
Smoking and Eating Policy
In the interests of health and safety and for the comfort of all our clients, we operate a non smoking and eating policy. Your kind adherence to this policy is appreciated.
Cleaning
During the time you are travelling with Araks Executive, a maximum fee of £150 is applicable if the car is damaged or spoilt for any reason. This includes odour contamination. |
